E-learning is introduced to students
South African government has introduced e-learning to help grade 12 learners as well as university students to keep up to date with their studies.
E-learning is learning conducted via electronic media, typically on the internet. This form of learning get most parents worried about the cost of data. Though most institutions offer to pay for the access to the information, the problem remains that some people cannot affordtoget data to be able to do researches for their assignments.
The issue of data is not the only problem but also the issue of not having internet access. Most students live in rural areas where they have to go to town or malls to get internet access.
This problem gives me a real concern because these students will remain behind in their studies. Lets hear your views on this matter.

ReplyDeleteI think he is doing the ryt thing for learners
ReplyDeleteBut I don't think e-learning is a solution coz only few will benefit from it..wat about us who comes from poor backgrounds
ReplyDeleteFree and fast internet will be the best to this all situation.

ReplyDeleteI feel as if this issue is only looked at from one side whereas most university students come disadvantaged backgrounds they shouldn't rush this there must be another solution to this .
ReplyDeleteRegarding the situation of online learning I thank there is going to be a lot of poor academic results but it is the best solution we have at the moment.

ReplyDeleteI feel so scared about this online learning cz we might fail others they have poor Network in their home to write assignment.
ReplyDeleteSome learners will fail because of online leaning since some of them need teacher's in front of them to understand the subject or module
ReplyDeleteI don't really like this e-learning cause umuntu kmele ahlale eneData
ReplyDeleteThis E-learning won't work because a lot of people have poor network coverage at home and this data is killing us😢
ReplyDeleteThe problem in rural areas is Poor Network and the Data is very expensive, some students can not afford E learning unless there is support from Government
ReplyDeleteEy ukufeyila kodwa nj mina engikubonayo kulandela ndaba yale E-learning 😢
ReplyDeleteThis will have a negative impact on our results
ReplyDeleteThis will not benefits all students but it better than sitting down and doing nothing about the situation.
ReplyDeleteThat's better than wasting all these months sitting at home for nothing
